Due to the nature of our AI-powered content restructuring service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees once charged.

No Refunds For Partial Months

If you cancel your subscription, your account switches to the Free plan immediately. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or credits.

No Refunds For Unused Credits

Monthly optimization credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect immediately — unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation.

Free Trial

We offer a free preview mode that allows you to test the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use this option to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
