This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for Publish for AI (“Service”), operated by Sparkpark LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
General Policy
Due to the nature of our AI-powered content restructuring service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees once charged.
No Refunds For Partial Months
If you cancel your subscription, your account switches to the Free plan immediately. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
No Refunds For Unused Credits
Monthly optimization credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not refundable as cash. If you change your subscription plan mid-cycle (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel), any unused credits from your old plan are carried over to your new plan as a bonus instead of being lost. They still expire at the end of your monthly cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect immediately and your account switches to the Free plan. Any unused credits from your paid plan are carried over to your Free plan as a bonus and expire with your regular monthly cycle. We do not issue cash refunds for unused credits.
Free Trial
We offer a free preview mode that allows you to test the Service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use this option to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
In cases where technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing the Service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, provide account credit or extend your subscription period.
Fraudulent Or Abusive Activity
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and deny refunds in cases of:
- Fraudulent payment methods
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the Service or our systems
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing errors in good faith.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Deny future service access
- Pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks
Service Changes
We may modify pricing, features, or subscription tiers with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before changes take effect.
If we make substantial changes that reduce the value of your subscription, you may cancel before the changes take effect and will not be charged for subsequent periods.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances, including:
- Extended service outages caused by us
- Significant product defects that cannot be resolved
- Accidental duplicate charges
Such refunds are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
